The invention discloses a cabin used for a deep-water semi-submersible drilling platform, wherein the cabin is provided with a windshield bulkhead at a transition layer between a pipe tunnel, a structural air duct and a deck; the deck of and the enclosure wall plate of the cabin are coated with a layer of sound insulating material; and a silencer or a muffler pipe is mounted on a device inside a carbon dioxide chamber on the deck, a device inside a gym, a device inside a terminal machine room on a main deck plate, a device inside a general uninterruptible power supply room and an exit position of a power device. By adopting the cabin provided for the deep-water semi-submersible drilling platform, the original structural design is altered; the deck is enclosed by the windshield bulkhead set at the transition layer between the pipe tunnel, the structural air duct and the deck; the deck and the enclosure wall plate of the cabin are coated with the layer of the sound insulating material; the silencer or the muffler pipe is added, thus the effects of absorbing vibration and reducing noise are better; and further, the defect of the existing technology is overcome.
