The invention discloses a vehicle-ground railway signal comprehensive analyzing and monitoring system, and relates to the field of railway signal monitoring. The system comprises a station subsystem, a center subsystem and a network subsystem. The station subsystem aggregates CTC station host monitoring data, computer interlocking monitoring data, train control center monitoring data and track circuit monitoring data to a station server through central signal monitoring and transmits the data to a center server and a station terminal host through a network transmission subsystem. A special railway transmission network is adopted in the network subsystem. The center subsystem, a dynamic monitoring system (DMS) of train control equipment, a CTC server, a radio block center (RBC) and a temporary speed restriction server (TSRS) maintain a communication interface of the host and store and comprehensively analyze monitoring data of the station subsystem. The vehicle-ground railway signal comprehensive analyzing and monitoring system can achieve comprehensive analysis of ground equipment, vehicle-mounted equipment and vehicle-ground closed loop monitoring information, complete prevention, prediction and diagnosis of equipment failures and give an alarm of abnormal monitoring conditions in time.
