The invention discloses a multi-electrode contact rail and a power supply device with the same. The multi-electrode contact rail comprises a vertical insulating substrate (1) and multiple transverse electrodes (2) integrated thereon, the electrodes (2) are distributed on the substrate surface of one side of the insulating substrate (1) at intervals and in sequence from the top to bottom, an insulating part (3) is arranged between adjacent electrodes (2), the insulating parts (3) are higher than the bottoms of the electrodes (2) and lower than the contact surfaces of the electrodes (2), and a plurality of transverse grooves (4) parallel to the electrodes (2) are formed. The multi-electrode contact rail can enable a trolley head of a current collector to locate and collect current precisely and stably based on guaranteeing the current collection process safety, and accordingly the charging performance is improved, and the safe and normal running of a vehicle is guaranteed.
