A stop block (1) comprises a motor rotor assembly (10) which includes a spindle (11); a first shift lever (30) which is fixedly connected to the spindle (11) and has a first shifting part (32) forming a first motional orbit (N1) through rotating around the axis of the spindle (11); a second shift lever (40) which includes a second shifting part (42) partially dropping into the first motional orbit (N1) and forming a second motional orbit (N2) through rotating around the axis of the spindle (11) driven by the first shifting part (32); and a motor stator assembly (20) which includes a stop boss (50) being located at the periphery of the first motional orbit (N1) and partially dropping into the second motional orbit (N2). The first shift lever (30) rotates along the first direction (A) so that the total angle of the first shift lever (30) is in the range of greater than 360 degrees and less than 720 degrees. The invention further provides an aircraft (100) of the stop block (1).
