The island wind-driven power generation equipment is characterized in that upper-cover conical surfaces are arranged on the back surfaces of upper-end hoop covers, and outer-barrel conical surfaces are symmetrical with the upper-cover conical surfaces; upper-hoop left conical surfaces and upper-hoop right conical surfaces are arranged in paired semi-open hoops and are simultaneously matched with the outer-barrel conical surfaces and the upper-cover conical surfaces; two upper bolt and nut groups are fastened, paired and assembled to form each paired upper semi-open hoop.
