The invention relates to offshore oil well auxiliary devices, in particularly to aluminium alloy steel flange piston damping offshore oil well power-assisted equipment. Flange hinges are arranged at the four corners of an operation platform to be connected with the upper hole ends of flange piston dampers. The lower hole ends of the flange piston dampers are connected with fixed supporting feet. A swing rod shaft pin on a swing rod base is rotatably and fixedly provided with a drilling swing rod. One side end of the drilling swing rod is fixedly connected with a big drilling rope, and the big drilling rope penetrates through a platform drill hole in an operation platform and then goes deep into a seabed oil well bed. A triangular driving belt is arranged between an output triangular belt wheel and a belt wheel turning table on a squirrel-cage water-cooling triangular belt-wheel motor. The aluminium alloy steel flange piston damping offshore oil wheel power-assisted equipment has the advantages that each flange piston damper can bear tensile force or pressure at the same time, and it is guaranteed that the operation platform can resist sea impact from any direction. In the squirrel-cage water-cooling triangular belt-wheel motor, a stainless steel spiral pipe waterway is integrally casted in a motor shell, the heat taken away per unit time is two to three times that of air cooling, and the refrigeration effect is better.
