The invention discloses a stirring pile ship used for underwater soft foundation construction. The stirring pile ship comprises a double-body ship, a hollow construction work area is arranged between the front end and the tail end of the double-body ship, a longitudinal movement trolley capable of moving in the longitudinal direction of the construction work area is arranged on two ship bodies of the double-body ship, and a transverse movement trolley capable of moving in the transverse direction of the construction work area is arranged on the longitudinal movement trolley. The transverse movement trolley is provided with a stirring device used for working on an underwater soft foundation located below the construction work area. The stirring pile ship has the advantages that the draft and stranding work construction can be conducted in the various conditions with soil, with ebb water flow and without ebb water flow by means of the double-body ship, high bearing and storing buoyancy is achieved, and reliable work stability and adaptability are achieved; a construction device can be used for conducting construction work on the underwater soft foundation needing to be constructed at any time by moving the longitudinal movement trolley and the transverse movement trolley, the work area is large, and therefore the working efficiency is effectively improved.
