The present invention provides an elevator device used for absorbing the impact force applied on an elevator car during the interleaved running process relative to a counterweight. The elevator device comprises a lift car frame in the form of a frame configured to enclose a lift car cab of the elevator car which goes up and down in a lifting channel along a direction opposite to the counterweight and support the lift car cab by being separated by an anti-vibration body; an upper fairing arranged at the upper side of the elevator car and connected with the lift car frame; and a lower fairing arranged at the lower side of the elevator car and connected with the lift car frame. The upper fairing is provided with an interference vibration absorber for absorbing the interference vibration of the counterweight applied on the upper fairing.
