The invention provides a car body of a railway car, a steel-aluminum composite plate and a processing method of the steel-aluminum composite plate, which are capable of eliminating the combination gap between a steel plate and an aluminum alloy plate, and higher peel strength and shear strength are realized. The steel-aluminum composite plate comprises the steel plate and the aluminum alloy plate compounded on the steel plate, a pure aluminum transition plate is arranged between the steel plate and the aluminum alloy plate, the pure aluminum transition plate and the aluminum alloy plate are compounded on the steel plate in sequence through explosive welding. The processing method comprises the steps of taking the steel plate as a base plate and the pure aluminum transition plate as a shroud plate to carry out explosive welding, so as to form a first composite plate; taking the first composite plate as a base plate and the aluminum alloy plate as a shroud plate to carry out explosive welding, so as to form the steel-aluminum composite plate. By the arrangement of the pure aluminum transition plate, the reliable composite of the steel plate and the aluminum alloy plate can be finally achieved, the combination failure of the combination face at the composite place can be avoided, the peel strength of the steel-aluminum composite plate is improved to meet the use requirements of various environments, and particularly, the corrosion resistance of the steel-aluminum composite plate is improved, so as to be more suitable for the railway car.
