The invention provides a creative instantaneous working and idling intermittence motor vehicle drive theory in the modern vehicle technology. The instantaneous working and idling intermittence motor vehicle drive theory breaks through the blockage of a traditional mode; further energy saving and emission reduction are used as purposes, and the application and design philosophy of people first, essence inheriting, habit respecting, safety first, convenient control and the like is particularly emphasized. Inertial kinetic energy is directly used through an additionally-arranged clutch, a driving device of a vehicle is divided into a working driving state and an idling driving state, and the working driving state and the idling driving state are very ingeniously and organically combined. Through a simpler dynamic and static combination driving mode, consumed energy and practical demands are matched with each other, and the consumed energy and practical energy consumption efficiency are balanced with each other. Under the common precondition of urban traffic roads and ideal vehicle speeds, through the 3397 kilometers of real vehicle simulation test, the accumulative working and idling distance rate is less than 26%, namely the vehicle travels 100 kilometers by the fuel of 26 kilometers of acceleration driving. A new shortcut is developed for energy saving and emission reduction of motor vehicles.
