The invention provides a fixing system of a cargo transporting carriage and the cargo transporting carriage. The fixing system comprises a doorway area floor and a non-doorway area floor which are positioned in the cargo transporting carriage, wherein a plurality of first rolling mechanisms and a plurality of turnover and limiting mechanisms are arranged on the doorway area floor; a plurality of second rolling mechanisms, a plurality of second turnover and limiting mechanisms, a plurality of side limiting mechanisms and a plurality of end limiting mechanisms are arranged on the non-doorway area floor. By adopting the technical scheme, the fixing system has the advantages that on the basis of guaranteeing the safe and reliable transportation, the cargos can be loaded, transported and fixed within the minimum time; compared with the traditional cargo transporting method, the cargo transporting efficiency is greatly improved, and the cost is effectively reduced.
