Torque real-time signals have important significance for control of an electric car stabilization system and an electric car drive system, but torque of existing wheel rim drive motors is mostly obtained through indirect conversion by using an energy conversion method, and poor in accuracy. The invention provides a wheel rim drive torque real-time detection method. By reasonably arranging a torque detection mechanism on a wheel rim reducer, the wheel rim drive torque real-time detection method can detect the torque transmitted by the wheel rim reducer on the premise of guaranteeing basic transmission demands, outputs the torque in an electrical signal form, and thereby is used in optimal control of the electric car drive system. The wheel rim drive torque real-time detection method is used to detect the torque in real time, high in detection accuracy, good in stability, strong in universality, and low in cost.
