The invention relates to the field of railway freight car bogies, in particular to a frog-shaped cast three-axle bogie which solves the problems that an existing railway freight car three-axle bogie is complex in structure and large in dead weight, and impact force on a railway freight car is large when a line is uneven. The frog-shaped cast three-axle bogie comprises wheel sets, side frames and a swing bolster. The swing bolster is of a frog-shaped structure composed of a frog-shaped body and four frog-leg-shaped connecting rods. The frog-shaped body is of an arch structure, wherein the center of the bottom of the frog-shaped body humps upwards. A center disk is formed at the center of the upper portion of the frog-shaped body. The two sides of the frog-shaped body are provided with side bearing seats. The tail end of each frog-leg-shaped connecting rod is provided with a support connected with the corresponding side frame. Each side frame is of a split structure composed of a branched side frame I and a branched side frame II, wherein a pair of spherical friction pair making contact with a bearing saddle of the middle wheel set is arranged below the joint between the branched side frame I and the branched side frame II. The frog-shaped cast three-axle bogie is reasonable and ingenious in structural design and low in dead weight; the vertical distance from the surface of the center disk to the rail surface is small, the installation space is increased, the force of the bogie impacting the railway freight car when the line is uneven is eliminated, and the stationarity of the railway freight car is guaranteed.
