The invention relates to the field of auxiliary tools for building engineering construction, and particularly relates to a latticed column hoisting device, a latticed column hoisting system and a latticed column hoisting system mounting method. The device comprises a bearing cross beam, the two ends of the bearing cross beam are respectively provided with a lifting lug plate, each lifting lug plate is provided with a hoisting hole, the top surface of the bearing cross beam is also provided with two limiting plates parallel to the lifting lug plates, and a gap is formed between the two limiting plates. The system comprises the latticed column hoisting device, a cable connecting device, two lifting rings and two cables, wherein the upper ends of the two cables are fixed on the cable connecting device, and the lower ends of the two cables are respectively connected with the lifting lug plates by the lifting rings. The device and the system disclosed by the invention are convenient and simple to install and disassemble and have slight potential safety hazard; in the hoisting process, a situation that a latticed column is inclined can be avoided, so that the latticed column is in a vertical state, so that the latticed column can be installed conveniently; and the device and the system disclosed by the invention can be repeatedly used for a long time, and therefore, no material waste is caused.
