The invention discloses a combined Mecanum wheel hub which comprises a hub body and a plurality of roller supporting frames. Connectors are arranged on the rim of the hub body. The connectors are distributed in a circumference array mode by using the axis of the hub body as a center line. Each connector comprises a side plane and at least one positioning groove, wherein the side plane is arranged on the hub body and is parallel to the axis of the hub body, and the positioning groove is axially formed in the side plane in the axial direction of the hub body. A roller axial hole is formed in the upper end of each roller supporting frame. A positioning block is arranged at the lower end of each roller supporting frame. An inclined included angle is formed between the extending direction of each positioning block and the axis direction of the corresponding roller axial hole. Each connector in the rim is connected with one roller supporting frame. The positioning blocks of the roller supporting frames are embedded into the positioning grooves in the rim. The roller supporting frames are fixed to the hub body. According to the combined Mecanum wheel hub, machining is facilitated due to the fact that the split combined structure is adopted, the machining precision is ensured due to the fact that the positioning embedded structure is adopted, and the roller supporting frames of different dimensions can be combined with the hub body to form Mecanum wheel hubs of different dimensions.
