The invention discloses a drowsiness-preventive intelligent seat comprising a back (1), a seat face (2) and legs (3). A contact face of the back (1) is provided with a pressure sensor; the top of the back (1) is provided with a human-machine interactive screen (6). Two sides of the back (1) are provided with alarms (5). The contact face of the seat face (2) is provided with a pressure sensor; the bottom of the seat face (2) is provided with a processor and a timer; the pressure sensor is connected with the processor and is used for detecting changes in the pressure that the user applies to the seat; the timer is connected with the processor and is used for detecting time during which the changes in pressure sensed by the pressure sensor are below a set value; the alarms (5) connected with the processor are used for receiving alarm signals transmitted by the processor and giving out alarming; the human-machine interactive screen (6) connected with the processor is used for setting parameters. When detecting a user falling asleep, the drowsiness-preventive intelligent seat sends out an alarm; the drowsiness-preventive intelligent seat can also prevent the user from impacting on the seat by accident in the dark.
