The invention provides a health material inside a cushion. The health material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 30 to 40 parts of bowlder, 10 to 15 parts of medical stone, 10 to 20 parts of germanite, 5 to 10 parts of old bamboo charcoal, 5 to 8 parts of coconut shell charcoal, and 5 to 10 parts of tea seed shell charcoal, wherein the bowlder, medical stone and germanite are subjected to nano superfine refining through modern hi-tech devices and then mixed with the old bamboo charcoal, coconut shell charcoal and tea seed shell charcoal which are finely grinded into 200-mesh powder; then the mixture is fed into a breathing bag and used as a filler to be mounted in a vehicle cushion, a mattress or a seat cushion.
