The invention discloses an automotive reinforced floor structure, which comprises a rear floor assembly, wherein the rear floor assembly comprises a first sill beam, a second sill beam, a rear floor connected between the first and second sill beams, and a first floor longitudinal beam and a second floor longitudinal beam, which are connected to the rear floor and are opposite to the first and second sill beams. The automotive reinforced floor structure further comprises a reinforced beam plate connected to the rear floor assembly, wherein the reinforced beam plate is protruded far away from the rear floor; the reinforced beam plate is connected to at least one part between the first sill beam and the first floor longitudinal beam and between the second sill beam and the second floor longitudinal beam. According to the automotive reinforced floor structure, collision force can be well transferred and born, and injury to passengers and damage to a driving battery pack can be prevented; moreover, the automotive reinforced floor structure is simple in structure and low in development cost. The invention further relates to an automobile with the automotive reinforced floor structure.
