The semisteel car tire comprises, by weight, 60-70 parts of natural rubber , 25-35 parts of butyl rubber, 3-8 parts of chloroprene rubber, 40-50 parts of carbon black, 2-7 parts of white carbon black, 1-2 parts of stearic acid, 1-2 parts of sulfur, 0.8-1.2 parts of microcrystalline wax, 5-10 parts of natural resin, 3-8 parts of zinc oxide, 2-6 parts of castor oil, 1-1.5 parts of an antioxidant, 1.0-1.8 parts of a plasticizer, 0.2-1.2 parts of an accelerator, 1.5-2.5 parts of resorcinol, 20-35 parts of potter's clay, 25-30 parts of titanium dioxide, 0.1-0.2 parts of ultramarine, 10-20 parts of light calcium carbonate and 0.8-1.2 parts of a peptizer. The tire is made through mixing the above raw materials, extruding and molding. The semisteel car tire with high strength, wear resistance and noise reduction performances has a good drainage performance and low noise, can effectively remove impurities in the tread grooves, has strong road holding ability and high safety performance, and also has the advantages of high wear resistance, long service life, large bearing load and strong deformation resistance.
