The invention relates to a shackle capable of self-locking a pin rod during hoisting and automatically releasing the pin rod during unhooking, which is mainly used for hoisting in construction engineering and belongs to the field of hoisting tools in construction of the construction engineering. The shackle mainly comprises a shackle body (1), a pin rod (3), a spring A (4), a spring B (5), a bolt (6) and a leaf spring (7), wherein when hoisting is performed, a handle (9) of the pin rod (3) is hand-pushed to push the pin rod (3) into place, at the moment, the spring A (4) is in an elongated state, the bolt (6) is pulled down to insert into an annular slot (8) of the pin rod (3), the spring B (5) is in the elongated state at the same time, and after hoisting, the leaf spring (7) moves downwards under the pressure of a steel wire rope (16) binding a post and further drives the bolt (6) to clamp the pin rod (3); and when releasing is performed, the steel wire rope (16) binding the post has no gravity of a lifted object, the spring B (5) retracts and pulls out of the bolt (6), and the spring A (4) retracts and pulls out of the pin rod (3), thereby completing the releasing action.
