The invention provides a lifting mechanism of an elevator with an ultra-shallow bottom pit and without a machine room. The mechanism comprises a tensioner transition bracket and a tensioner transition plate; the tensioner transition bracket comprises a first bracket and a second bracket which are fixedly connected; a guide groove is formed in the second bracket; a first hinge pin in match with the guide groove is arranged at one side of the tensioner transition plate; the tensioner transition plate and the tensioner transition bracket are connected with the guide groove through the first hinge pin. The mechanism has the beneficial effects that a limiter rope can be avoided being coiled in a tensioning device, so that the depth of a bottom pit can be reduced, and the elevator can run in a shaft with relatively small bottom pit; the mechanism has the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient to repair, low in processing cost, and high in safety.
