The invention provides a false-stepping device of an accelerator. The false-stepping device of the accelerator comprises an induction part, a photovoltaic conversion part, a locking part and an execution part, wherein the induction part comprises a magnet fixedly connected with an accelerator pedal, an induction coil and a light emitting diode; the photovoltaic conversion part can be used for converting visible light into starting current; the locking part comprises a first relay coil, a locking side armature and a locking part; the execution part is used for the actuation of the brake pedal of an automobile and comprises a brake side armature, a second relay coil and a brake side current output unit, wherein the brake side armature is fixedly connected with the brake pedal, the second relay coil corresponds to the brake side armature, and the brake side current output unit provides work current to the second relay coil; when the locking side armature moves to a preset position, the brake side current output unit is conducted to begin to output the work current; the locking side armature is locked on a locking position by the locking part; the second relay coil generates electromagnetic force used for actuating the brake side armature according to the work current so as to drive the brake pedal.
