The double-rotating coordinate numerical control posture alignment platform has the technical scheme that the platform comprises a workpiece installation panel, an A axis moving motor, a B axis moving motor, an A axis straight tooth anti-backlash gear, a B axis straight tooth anti-backlash gear, an A axis transmission screw rod, a B axis transmission screw rod, an A axis rotary axle center bearing and a B axis rotary centering bearing. The A axis moving motor and the B axis moving motor drive the A axis straight tooth anti-backlash gear and the B axis straight tooth anti-backlash gear through a speed reducer so as to drive the A axis transmission screw rod and the B axis transmission screw rod; the A axis transmission screw rod and the B axis transmission screw rod move linearly; the workpiece installation panel, the A axis transmission screw rod and the B axis transmission screw rod form a connecting rod mechanism; when the A axis transmission screw rod and the B axis transmission screw rod are moving linearly, the workpiece installation panel rotates around the A axis rotary axle center bearing and the B axis rotary centering bearing; due to the stability of the connecting rod mechanism, one-to-one mapping of linear motion quantity and rotating angles is realized, and the stability and the accuracy in the operation of the posture alignment platform are ensured.
