The invention discloses an integrated automobile rear backrest framework made of EPP materials, which is composed of an EPP foam shell and a metallic framework, wherein the metallic framework is embedded into the EPP foam shell, and the metallic framework and the EPP foam shell are integrated through compression molding by using an EPP molding machine. By using the advantages of EPP materials in the aspects of strength, energy absorption and comfortableness and the like, the framework disclosed by the invention satisfies the requirements of an automobile rear backrest on function, strength and comfortableness and the like. Compared with an integrated rear backrest framework made of all-metal materials, an effect that the weight of the integrated automobile rear backrest framework made of EPP materials disclosed by the invention is reduced by 20-50% can be achieved. The EPP materials can be recycled, and therefore, the framework is beneficial to environmental protection.
