The invention provides a sun-shading and anti-dazzle device arranged in automobile glass, and the automobile glass is divided into a plurality of control areas. The sun-shading and anti-dazzle device comprises a plurality of optical sensors, a plurality of liquid crystal units and an electric control dimming unit, wherein the optical sensors are arranged in the control areas respectively and sense the light intensities of the area where the optical sensors are located; the liquid crystal units are arranged in the automobile glass in a clamped mode and correspond to the control areas of the optical sensors one to one; the electric control dimming unit is connected with the optical sensors and the liquid crystal units and adjusts the light transmittance of the corresponding liquid crystal units according to the light intensities sensed by the corresponding optical sensors. According to the sun-shading and anti-dazzle device, shading areas are adjusted according to the intensity of outside light, all the control areas can be shaded, and effective shading is achieved.
