The invention provides a scaffold used on a ship. The scaffold comprises a plurality of module scaffolds connected fixedly and sequentially in horizontal direction or vertical direction; each module scaffold comprise an upper-layer assembly and a lower-layer assembly, as well as an upper connecting plate and a lower connecting plate which are used for connecting the upper-layer assembly with the lower-layer assembly; a plurality of insert holes, insert tables, upper through holes and lower through holes used for fit connection are formed in the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate; the upper connecting plate is arranged on and fixedly connected to the lower side of the upper-layer assembly; the lower connecting plate is arranged on and fixedly connected to the upper part of the lower-layer assembly; the upper-layer assembly and the lower-layer assembly are connected with the insert holes in fitting manner by inserts, and are fixedly connected with the lower through holes through the upper through holes; the horizontally adjacent module scaffolds are connected transversely by bolts. By utilizing the scaffold, the working time spent on assembling and disassembling scaffolds of front wall of high building of a ship can be shortened significantly, the materials, manpower and time spent on assembling and disassembling buckle type steel pipe scaffolds are reduced greatly, and the probability of accidents happened during the assembling and disassembling works of the scaffold is lowered.
