The invention discloses a press-welding steel plate spring seat for an internal high-pressure axle housing. The press-welding steel plate spring seat comprises a bottom plate, wherein a bending plate is arranged above a connecting position of the bottom plate; the bottom plate is bent into an n shape; the bending plate is bent into an J shape; the bottom plate is used for supporting the bending plate and is connected with a straight side hook plate and a diagonal side hook plate into a whole in a splice welding way; the diagonal side hook plate, the straight side hook plate, a rib plate and a reinforcing plate are spliced to the periphery of a main body to reinforce the main body. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the press-welding steel plate spring seat. The preparation method comprises the steps of respectively bending the bottom plate and the bending plate into the n shape and the J shape by utilizing a 500-T oil press; splicing the bending plate, the reinforcing plate and the bottom plate from top to bottom and fixing the bending plate, the reinforcing plate and the bottom plate through spot welding; then, carrying out tack welding on the diagonal side hook plate, the rib plate and the straight side hook plate along two sides of the bending plate; finally, carrying out tack welding on an upper abrasion reduction module and a middle abrasion reduction module on which thermal treatment modulation are carried out to fix the upper abrasion reduction module and the middle abrasion reduction module. The press-welding steel plate spring seat disclosed by the invention is good in quality, high in accuracy, high in strength and simple in technology.
