The invention discloses a vehicle tracking device capable of accumulating working hours of construction machinery, and belongs to the technical field of monitoring technologies. According to the technical scheme, the vehicle tracking device comprises a singlechip, a satellite positioning module, a wireless communication module, a vibration sensor and a built-in power supply circuit, wherein a transmit data (TXD) end and a receive data (RXD) end of the satellite positioning module are respectively connected with an RXD1 end and a TXD1 end of the singlechip; a TXD end and an RXD end of the wireless communication module are connected with an RXD2 end and a TXD2 end of the singlechip; a three dimensional (3D) acceleration sensor LIS3DN is adopted by the vibration sensor, and an interrupt pin INT is directly connected with an interrupt pin of the singlechip; and the vibration sensor communicates with the singlechip through a serial peripheral interface (SPI) bus. The vibration sensor collects a vibration signal of the construction machinery, and the working state of the construction machinery can be judged according to the vibration signal, the working hours of the construction machinery are accumulated to acquire the accumulative working hours of the construction machinery, and a reliable basis is provided for a reasonable equipment maintenance plan.
