The invention particularly relates to a prefabricated ballastless track board air turning device, which is used for solving the problems of the traditional method for turning the existing track board by adopting a crane matched with sole timber such as existence of safety potential hazard, time and labor waste and likeliness for damaging the track board. A lifting chain is arranged between a suspension ring and the left side of a lifting beam and another lifting chain is arranged between the suspension ring and the right side of the lifting beam, the lower end surface of the lifting beam is provided with pulley support seats and an electric block, and a fixed pulley is arranged on each pulley support seat; a turning mechanism comprises hanging brackets, a connecting beam is arranged between the end parts of the two hanging brackets, the middle part and the front bottom of each hanging bracket are respectively provided with a connecting lifting lug, the front top of each hanging bracket is provided with a riding wheel, the middle part of the connecting beam on the rear end of hanging bracket is provided with an electric block lifting lug, a wire rope is connected to the two connecting lifting lugs, the left side and the right side of each hanging bracket are provided with a rotary carrier hook in a penetrating manner, each rotary carrier hook is provided with a positioning pin, and a hydraulic jack is arranged in each hanging bracket. By adopting the prefabricated ballastless track board air turning device, the track board can be turned randomly in the air in the lifting process, and the prefabricated ballastless track board air turning device is flexible, safe and reliable to operate.
