The invention discloses a control method of an elevator car power supply device. The control method comprises the steps that a state detection device detects the energy storage condition of an energy storage device, and transmits the energy storage condition of the energy storage device and the instruction value of the energy storage condition to a first power conversion controller; according to the energy storage condition of the energy storage device and the instruction value of the energy storage condition which are output by the state detection device, the first power conversion controller carries out closed-loop control on the energy storage condition of the energy storage device; the working state of an elevator motor is judged. According to the control method, the distance between a power supply line and a powered device does not need to be ensured, the installation complexity and precision requirement is low, the device component number and cost are not increased along with increase of the height or layer number of a building, an elevator car can be powered when ascending or descending, the elevator car is powered by regenerated energy of the elevator motor, and therefore elevator energy saving is achieved.
