The invention provides an anti-tearing reinforcing device for a nonmetal bonding layer of a floating bladder air inlet. The anti-tearing reinforcing device comprises the floating bladder air inlet and a press plate, wherein a through hole is formed in the center of the press plate, the floating bladder air inlet can penetrate through the through hole, and a limiting groove is formed in the edge of the through hole; a plurality of grooves are formed in the upper surface of the press plate, and the rounding design is adopted by the edge of the upper surface of the press plate and the edge of the through hole in the center; the floating bladder air inlet is of a cylindrical structure with the through hole in the center, and a boss which is matched with the limiting groove formed in the edge of the through hole in the center of the press plate is arranged on the outer surface of the floating bladder air inlet; a protruding plate is arranged on the outer surface of the floating bladder air inlet, a plurality of through holes are formed in the protruding plate, the end of a floating bladder is clamped between the protruding plate and the press plate, bonds with the protruding plate and the press plate through vulcanized rubber and is fixed. According to the anti-tearing reinforcing device, due to the facts that the grooves are formed in the press plate, and the through holes are formed in the protruding plate, bonding strength between a floating bladder nonmetal material and the protruding plate of the floating bladder air inlet can be enhanced; meanwhile, due to the fact that the floating bladder air inlet and the floating bladder nonmetal material bonding with a vulcanized rubber layer are tightly pressed on the press plate, the press plate and a shell groove of an underwater vehicle are indirectly and tightly pressed.
