The invention discloses a wear-resistant coating for an automobile. The wear-resistant coating comprises an amino resin bottom layer arranged on the surface of a base material, a Ni60/WC middle layer arranged on the surface of the amino resin bottom layer, and a surface layer arranged on the Ni60/WC middle layer. The wear-resistant coating is provided with the structures of three layers, that is the amino resin bottom layer, the Ni60/WC middle layer and the surface layer, wherein chlorinated polypropylene is added into the amino resin bottom layer, so that the adhesive ability can be effectively improved; the Ni60/WC composite material is used as the middle layer, so that the hardness and the wear-resistant performance of the coating are effectively improved; and in the surface layer, glycol ether acetic acid ester is used as a solvent, so that transition can be better formed between the surface layer and the middle layer. Accordingly, the coating with the structures of the three layers can be better formed into a whole; and the wear-resistant coating can be arranged at the positions of a wheel cover, a fender and the like so that the wear-resistant performance of the wheel cover, the fender and the like is effectively improved.
