The driver fatigue-estimating device is provided with: a body information value-acquiring unit (2) for acquiring a body information value, which is a value representing body information for the driver of the vehicle; a vehicle speed-detecting unit (4) for detecting the speed of the vehicle; a rate-of-stable-value-converging-change-detecting unit (20) for detecting, on the basis of the body information value acquired by the body information value-acquiring unit (2) and the vehicle speed detected by the vehicle speed-detecting unit (4), the rate of stable value-converging change that is the rate of decrease of the body information value, which increases after starting vehicle deceleration above the value before starting vehicle deceleration, from the peak value to a previously established stable value after the vehicle stops; and a fatigue-estimating unit (22) for estimating the driver's fatigue according to the rate of stable value-converging change detected by the rate-of-stable-value-converging-change-detecting unit (20).
