The invention relates to a balanced hoisting device. The balanced hoisting device comprises a rotary stand column, a balanced arm, a balanced arm support and a power mechanism, wherein the balanced arm support is arranged at the upper part of the rotary stand column, the power mechanism is arranged on the balanced arm support, a transverse sliding chute and a vertical sliding chute are formed in the balanced arm support, and a transverse guide wheel and a vertical guide wheel, which roll along the transverse sliding chute and the vertical sliding chute respectively, are also arranged on the balanced arm support respectively, the balanced arm is a four-connecting-rod mechanism formed by a connecting rod I, a connecting rod II, a connecting rod III and a connecting rod IV through articulation sequentially, the connecting rod I and the connecting rod III are the same in length and are arranged in parallel in the up and down direction, the connecting rod II and the connecting rod IV are both arranged vertically, the connecting rod I is fixedly connected with a guide wheel shaft I of the transverse guide wheel, the upper end of the connecting rod II is fixedly connected with a guide wheel shaft II of the vertical guide wheel, and a fixing mechanism and a control button are arranged at the lower end of the connecting rod IV. The balanced hoisting device can hoist small workpieces vertically and horizontally and rotate horizontally with 360 degrees under the cooperation of the balanced arm of the four-connecting-rod mechanism and the rotary stand column, the labor intensity of operators can be effectively alleviated and the labor efficiency is improved.
