The invention discloses a system for executing mechanical and shafting vibration measurement of a ship thruster model. The system comprises a connecting wall, a magnetic disc type coupler, a first transmission shaft and a second transmission shaft, wherein the connecting wall is of a vertical cabin wall structure and is mounted between a propeller and a driving motor; the magnetic disc type coupler consists of two magnetic discs which are mutually and oppositely arranged and are respectively mounted at the left side and the right side of the connecting wall; the two transmission shafts are respectively arranged at both sides of a connecting shaft and are used for respectively connecting the driving motor and the propeller with the magnetic disc type coupler; besides, a power driver is arranged at the shaft end, which is positioned at one side of the connecting wall, of the second transmission shaft, and a velocity sensor is mounted on the middle connecting wall. Through adoption of the system, the motor, the propeller and measuring elements can be thoroughly separated from the connection, the adverse effect generated by the vibration of the motor on the process of the measurement is avoided, at the same time, the precision and the reliability of the measurement are obviously improved, and the watertight link of the measurement system becomes easier.
