The invention relates to the technical field of coaches, in particular to a coach chassis base structure capable of being wholly stressed. The coach chassis base structure comprises two longitudinal girders and a plurality of crossbeams, wherein the plurality of crossbeams are distributed on different heights of surfaces and different longitudinal positions of the two longitudinal girders; the plurality of crossbeams are in joggle joint to the two longitudinal girders to form a double-longitudinal-girder multi-layer chassis frame which is wholly stressed; a front axle frame is connected to the front part of the double-longitudinal-girder multi-layer chassis frame; the front axle frame is fixed by the two longitudinal girders; a rear axle frame is connected to the rear part of the double-longitudinal-girder multi-layer chassis frame; the rear axle frame is fixed by the two longitudinal girders. The double-longitudinal-frame multi-layer chassis frame is simple in structure, good in rigidity of the whole structure and simple in forming process and assembling process; the front and the rear axle frames and the double-longitudinal-girder multi-layer chassis frame are sufficiently positioned and firmly connected to realize whole stress; in addition, both the axle span and the wheel span can be freely adjusted, so that the design of a serialized automobile chassis is facilitated.
