The system comprises a transmitting unit consisting of GPS module for capturing latitude and longitude of current location of a train computing speed, time and direction; a control unit for processing data received from GPS module to encode along with train code number; a communication module for transferring processed data to a cloud server; a receiving unit consisting of a receiver for receiving data the cloud server to track current locations of each train reaching a railway station or stations via a web mapping platform; a central processing unit to reorder the data and assign priority such that train reaching very next towards station gets highest priority and one reaching soon after that gets next priority, wherein train code number, location and assigned priority is transferred from server to a central processing unit for decoding data; and a display unit for displaying decoded data of train in a priority order. alI LM -
