An apparatus (10) for extracting and collecting particulate infill from an infilled artificial turf field. A vehicle (12) has a first forward end (42) and a second rearward end (44). An infill extractor (14) is located at the first end (42) of the vehicle (12) and adapted to extract infill from a strip (t) of infilled athletic turf. Extracted infill falls into a bottom section of the infill extractor (14). An infill mover (16) is secured to the vehicle (12) and adapted to move the extracted infill from the bottom section of the infill extractor (14) toward the second end (44) of the vehicle (12). An infill collector (18) is connected to the second end (44) of the vehicle and operable to cooperate with the infill mover (16) to collect the moved infill. The infill collector (18) includes a frame (180) that is laterally movable relative to the vehicle (12) from an operative "in use" position to a stowed position.
