A computer (11) effects an animation display on a display unit (17) of the position of a target ship coming-alongside, based on any of the following positional information: the position information of the target ship coming-alongside transmitted from the ship automatic identification device (AIS) of the target ship coming-alongside acquired by an AIS communication unit (13); the position information of the target ship coming-alongside obtained from a global navigation satellite system acquired by a GNSS communication unit (14); or positional information of the target ship coming-alongside that is manually input from a manual control unit (18). In this way, an animation display can be achieved of the position of the target ship coming-alongside that is always based on the latest positional information of the target ship coming-alongside.
