First part of paper deals with possibility of using man power as auxiliary engine on glider; second part discusses possible configuration of man powered aircraft, and third deals with piloting of such machine; it is concluded that aircraft theoretically capable of man powered flight close to ground could be designed, but that evolution of satisfactory control system will need much development.
