Development of engines for public service vehicles in 1965 seems limited to introduction by Ford of its dry-liner diesels going up to 360 cu in. capacity; some other engines, introduced by Perkins, Ltd, are also described showing that rationalization in commercial vehicle production and changes in goods chassis design are being reflected in types of engines available for buses and coaches.
