Aero-Medical Laboratory, Dayton, Ohio, is using Airborne Psychology Laboratory to determine just how pilot reacts to certain problems during flight; laboratory is C-47 aircraft equipped with special electronic scoring devices which record how accurately pilots are able to maintain heading, altitude, airspeed and other variables of flying; equipment consists of motor generator, sensing units, scoring console and recording console.
