Equations given connection between criteria coefficients, control law, coordinates vectors of errors and the work of an inertial actuating link during transient process of a constant disturbing acceleration compensation for the case of a plain rotation movement are obtained. Unlike traditional form of a control law that in article takes in account all coordinates of the state vector according to chosen model what has a positive influence on stability factor and stabilization accuracy. Obtained results give the possibility to determine control law coefficients on the assumption of taken priority system’s indexes.
