The article is devoted to the analysis of physical-mechanical state of constructional materials under cyclic loading. It has been shown that for the estimation of aircraft structures state under scheduled maintenance check intervals, it is necessary to apply the methods with diagnostic parameters, that are continuously alter according to the service life exhausting. The requirements to diagnostic parameters for nondestructive testing of aircraft components have been defined. The deformation relief formed on the surface of alclad alloys under cyclic loading meets this requirement. It has been shown the ability of application of deformation relief parameters for the estimation of accumulated fatigue damage.
