The work contains description of specific features in development of a device in conditions of the transition to the domestic hardware supply base. The differences of domestic microcontrollers (1901VTS1T, JSC Milandr) from imported ones (MK60FX512VMD15, NXP) have been studied. The differences in design rules of microcircuit chips manufacture and also requirements to installation, manufacture of boards, the process of software development and microcircuit chips have been also reviewed.
