We carry out system analysis of problems of obtaining of high-quality optical images of low orbital objects, moving with large angular velocities relative to space photographer. We consider possible variants of observation modes and space high-sensitive optoelectronic facility for space objects photographing at large angular velocities. We give the quantitative estimations of image quality at photographing of space objects at tracks crossing flyby.
