In logistics service management, time-quality-cost tradeoff optimization is the key problem. In general, decision makers distribute resources according priority of attributes. So the priority weighs should be estimated under the situation of uncertainty. Because the judgment environment has the characteristics of hierarchy and multi-attribute in the logistics application, we put forward an integrated approach of analytical hierarchy process improved by rough sets theory. AHP is useful method to obtain weights in multi-criteria decision making problem. But the traditional processes have subjectivity. Since conditional entropy and attribute significance concepts are used to improve the judgment consistency. The improved Rough Sets decision table is used to obtain more objective weighs. In this paper, a case study on true data of one Logistics Company is given to verify the feasibility and practicability of this model.
