The accuracy of airport logistics forecasting is an important precondition of airport planning. However, from current airport logistics forecasting practice, the predictive value is higher than the actual value in many airports. By analyzing current defect of airport logistics prediction model, this article develops the logistics handling capacity prediction model of Baoan airport in Shenzhen by using Gray System Theory. By comparing actual value to the predictive value, this article demonstrates the feasibility of forecasting Baoan airport logistics handling capacity with Gray Model with higher predicting precision in its results.
