To determine the main influence factors from numerous risk monitoring indicators about civil aviation safety, the online civil aviation risk non-linear model was developed by using the resource optimizing neural network method. The risk model inputs are risk monitoring indicators about civil aviation safety, and the output is a composite safety index of assessment of China's civil aviation industry safety. Numerical computation software was programmed based on this model. The agreement of the perception data of the computation software with the actual data of the composite safety index indicates that using the resource optimizing neural network method is correct. By using numerical computation software, the main risk monitoring indicators are obtained by the sensitivity analysis method based on the results of the civil aviation risk non-linear model, which provide quantification reference for reducing civil aviation safety risk.
