A questionnaire survey was conducted among 110 sample members who met the gender and age distribution in China. Individual factors influencing decision-making behavior were obtained through significant analysis to study the emergency decision-making psychology and escape behavior characteristics of passengers after bus accidents. The factors mentioned above are studied and trained through the theory of naive Bayesian to simulate the subconscious escape decision-making types of personnel. According to the environmental factors, the judgement matrix is constructed according to the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the decision-making model of passenger escape after bus accident is established. Designing the bus accident escape experiment, the experimental results are in good agreement with the model prediction results. Research shows that the emergency decision-making psychology of passengers after bus accidents is largely influenced by individual characteristics and acquired experience.
